All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days within Australia

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Please note that we’re not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once handed over to the postal service. If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office or carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future 🌎
