Return Policy

 

General Policy
Each Lumoraah piece is handmade with care, and we hope you love your order. Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction.

 

Delivery Issues
We’re not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels during transit. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact your postal service directly for assistance.

 

Wrong Item Sent
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all return requests. We also recommend recording a short unboxing video for your protection.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


How to Return a Wrong Item

  1. Contact us at hello@lumoraah.com or through our Contact page with your order number, receipt, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Include a photo or video of the item you received to help us verify the mistake.
  3. Once approved, we’ll provide the return details and next steps.


Return Shipping & Refunds
We’ll cover the return shipping cost. You can choose to receive your refund as a gift card or have it returned to your original payment method.
Refunds to your account may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
