Products
Each Lumoraah piece is handmade using natural stones. Because our materials are natural, slight variations in colour, shape, size, and pattern are normal and part of each piece's character. Product photos are taken in natural light and are as accurate as possible, but slight differences between the image and the piece you receive may occur.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund issued.
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund.
You're responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We're not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
